10,000 bags of heroin were seized during a drug bust, in Northeast Philadelphia's Summerdale neighborhood, that infiltrated a major drug operation. Some drug bags may have contained Fetanyl (synthetic opioid, 100x's stronger than heroin) and several Philadelphia police officers and one agent were treated with Narcan, also known as Naloxone, which attempts to reverse the effects of a drug overdose.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro labeled the bust as one of the biggest he's seen during his time as attorney general.

Police crept up on the home by 1100 Rosalie and began their investigation. That's when a few people stepped inside a home and located the narcotics, exposing several officers and one agent to the possible opioids, thus resulting in them being required to be treated.
A total of ten suspects were arrested. Nine were at the location and they were also treated for possible exposure to the Fetanyl. The tenth suspect was located and apprehended elsewhere.
The official charges were not released yet.
