14 teachers and staff disciplined for Halloween border wall costume

The punishment took place in Middleton, Idaho, as fourteen staffers were sent home and placed on administrative leave after their Halloween costume was seen by the wrong people. They were dressed as Mexican people and a Donald Trump border wall that had the words "Make America Great Again."

The superintendent of Middleton School District, Josh Middleton, stated the decision during a school board meeting on Saturday.

" After the announcement, the board went into executive session, which is not open to the public.  Board Chairman Tim Winkle says the costumes were part of a team building activity after school hours. Photos were posted to the district's Facebook page Thursday night and later removed, but screenshots captured the images that went viral."

What do you think of the decision? Should teachers be punished for costumes? Or are people too sensitive?

Is Trump too hard on the media?
