Raymond Hernandez, 29, was busted back on January 14 for sexually assaulting the 13-year-old daughter of his own girlfriend after allegedly giving the teen and her friend some alcohol.

Judge Ernest Ortega released Hernandez on a measly $10,000 bond. Hernandez was told he had to wear a GPS monitor on his ankle. It only took him two days to get arrested again and charged with raping a 19-month-old girl who lived in the same house.

Judge Ernest Ortega released Hernandez a second time, but upped his bond to $20,000. The man was charged with raping a 1-year-old and he's set free after he already sexually assaulted a teenager.

Just wait, there's more!

On the same day that Hernandez was set free, he was accused of raping a 5-year-old girl who may have lived next door.

Finally after his third child rape he's locked up and forced to remain in custody. This should have happened a long time ago, but for some reason he kept getting a very low bond and set free.

Hernandez's neighbor, Gloria Lucero, was quoted by KOB4, saying "I’m speechless, he needs to pay and I hope the judge puts him behind bars and keep him there."

KOB4 also stated that the district attorney in Taos, New Mexico, hopes that Hernandez is indicted this week before seeing the judge on Thursday. If it's Judge Ernest Ortega, then maybe he can do the right thing this time.

Who knows if there's any more victims out there...
