Bernie Sanders, the socialist Democrat, had called former Clinton strategist a "political hack" and that's when James Carville just had to respond.
Carville unleashed a one-liner that Sanders may not be able to match. Carville said, "at least I'm not a communist" with supporters who are similar to a "cult."
Carville also suggested that if Bernie Sanders is the nominee to go against Trump, that it could resemble the "end of days" for the Democratic Party.

"James, in all due respect, is a political hack," Sanders said. "We are taking on Trump, the Republican establishment, Carville and the Democratic establishment. But at the end of the day, the grassroots movement that we are putting together -- of young people, of working people, of people of color -- want real change."
This is possibly what pushed Carville over the edge and into the light of blasting back at the socialist.
Carville was on the social network, Snapchat, and talking to Peter Hamby, a former CNN reporter.
"Last night on CNN, Bernie Sanders called me a political hack,” Carville said. “That’s exactly who the f--- I am! I am a political hack! I am not an ideologue. I am not a purist. He thinks it’s a pejorative. I kinda like it! At least I’m not a communist.”
Carville said what he said. He's not the only person to refer to Sanders as a communist. President Donald Trump also said the same thing about Bernie.
"I think he's a communist. I mean, you know, look, I think of communism when I think of Bernie," Trump said in an interview with Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity before the Super Bowl.
Sanders dismissed Trump's comment a week later in an interview with Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday."
Funny enough, Bernie Sanders responded when being called a communist by Trump.
"Obviously I am not a communist,” Sanders said, adding that maybe Trump “doesn’t know the difference.”
