Canadian police had their hands full with a bizarre traffic stop when they found a toddler riding on a case of beer instead of in a car seat. The police pulled over a 22-year-old driver and gave him a citation for not securing the child in the car the proper way.
Obviously this caused some concern, despite how humorous it might be coming from a Canadian.
There were no injuries, but it's a law in Canada that children under 40lbs be in a car seat and children under the age of 8 must be in a booster seat.
