Cory Booker: Trump is 'worse than a racist' and a 'demagogue, fear-mongering person'

Cory Booker went full Democrat, and you never go full Democrat! Booker claimed that President Donald Trump is 'worse than a racist' during his little interview on CNN's State of the Union this weekend. This is more of the racism claims coming from Democrats, despite the fact there is no evidence of Trump being racist. It's just the typical rhetoric that comes when Democrats lose arguments, or in this case, the White House.

As quoted by Eleanor Mueller on Politico, "The reality is, this is a guy who is worse than a racist. He is actually using racist tropes and racial language for political gains, trying to use this as a weapon to divide our nation against itself. This is somebody who is very similar to George Wallace, to racists who use — he's using the exact same language."

Cory Booker is comparing Trump to George Wallace who was reportedly known for using racially charged language during his time as governor and even throughout his campaigns.

Booker continued, saying that "as somebody texted me during [Trump's] rallies, I have seen this before — in black and white... And now I'm seeing it again decades later, where I thought our country was beyond this. I'm seeing this in full color."

As seen on SOTU, Booker said "This is a guy who is worse than a racist," said 2020 candidate Cory Booker on #CNNSOTU. "We have a demagogue, fear-mongering person who is using race to divide. This is a referendum, not on him, it's actually a referendum on the heart and soul of our country."
