An article posted online by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette posted Lunden Alexis Roberts' statement and that is that the DNA test established that Biden fathered a child with the said woman. The court papers that were filed on Wednesday stated that the test proves that the son of Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden is the father of "Baby Doe".
Despite his constant denial of having intercourse with Roberts, he still agreed to have a DNA test to prove that he is not the father. Now, he is "not expected to challenge the results of the DNA test or the testing process." This filing was done in Arkansas' Independence County Circuit Court. The child was born August 2018. This was while Hunter was in a relationship with his older brother Beau's widow, Hallie Biden. Page Six reports that the paternity suit was filed in May, just two weeks after Hunter married 33-year-old Melissa Cohen after a six-day courtship.sponsor

In the motion, Roberts sealed the details of her child's name, date of birth and all identifying information, hiding the child under the alias "Baby Doe", sealing all of it from the public when the court issued the paternity order. Roberts' filing noted stated "members of the Biden family either are protected or eligible to be protected by the United States Secret Service as a direct result of Joe Biden's political status."
This meant that Baby Doe's paternity can put the child and others in close proximity at risk of harm. Now, a related motions seeks more than $11,000 in attorney's fees and court costs from Hunter. His lawyers, one of which is Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, have all declined to comment and respond to emails.
Hunter is now embroiled in the impeachment inquiry against current U.S. President Donald Trump. The court is no pressuring an investigation on Hunter's reported $50,000 a month salary with the Burisma natural gas company. Republican lawmakers dare now asking for him to testify before the House Intelligence Committee. However, Chairman Adam Schiff (D-California) rejected this request earlier this November.
