Jim Acosta LIED! Said Trump's people abused reporters, but here's the REAL video
President Donald Trump hosted Social Media Summit at the Rose Garden and it almost turned into a brawl when a contributor from CNN showed up and was having words with a right wing pundit. It was Brian Karem of CNN and Sebastian Gorka, a radio host, who were exchanging verbal blows. Karem at one point offered to 'go outside' with Gorka, then Gorka called him a 'punk' - but that's about as intense as it got as the two wordy guys couldn't bring themselves to throw some real blows and settle it like men.
People who were there witnessed it from start to finish and told their version of the story. Then there was Jim Acosta who purposely told it from his fabricated point of view and appeared to place the blame on Gorka - even though those who saw the video, or were there in person, could clearly see that Karem appeared to be the instigator.
Acosta said, "WH officials invited Trump's social media allies to sit in the Rose Garden. But after the event was over, West Wing aides did nothing when those social media figures began to verbally abuse reporters who were trying to do their jobs. A good snapshot of how press is treated by WH."
Kyle Morris shows us another perspective.

Jim Acosta gets some friendly advice as he's told to not lie when it's obvious that people have video evidence of what really happened.
Here’s a better angle. Sounds as if Brian Karem was only in attendance to berate Trump supporters. pic.twitter.com/gMhlcL3VDE— Kyle Morris (@RealKyleMorris) July 12, 2019

Don’t lie when there’s video.https://t.co/6TdpQb9S4M

But a solid #FakeNews take@BrianKarem started it by saying of the invited guests
"This is a group that is eager for demonic possession"
Then @SebGorka responded to that insult
