Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) has one of the worst plans for health care yet. She wants to abolish all private health care plans entirely, which makes perfect sense coming from a politician from California, the state where they think using plastic straws is a crime. Harris, who is already under fire for an alleged affair with former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, faces a huge uphill battle in the upcoming 2020 election.
If Harris keeps talking about getting rid of private health care plans and her allegedly promiscuous past comes back to haunt her, then she has no chance to be president in 2020. Let's just be honest with ourselves and say Kamala Harris has no chance to be president anyway and this is probably just a way for her to gather email lists and donations. She's gonna milk the teet after it fills with milk if you catch my drift.
Harris' plan for health care came out when she talked to CNN's Jake Tapper. She was asked if people could keep their current plan under her own "Medicare-for-All" idea. She basically said no because she wants to do a single-payer system.
In which Jake asks Kamala Harris whether people would be able to keep their private insurance, if they prefer, under Medicare For All system — and she rejects that. "Let's eliminate all of that. Let's move on." pic.twitter.com/A1AY2TOT4g— Rebecca Buck (@RebeccaBuck) January 29, 2019
Harris said to Tapper, as quoted by Fox News:
"Well, listen, the idea is that everyone gets access to medical care. And you don't have to go through the process of going through an insurance company, having them give you approval, going through the paperwork, all of the delay that may require"
"Who among us has not had that situation?"
"Where you got to wait for approval, and the doctor says, 'Well I don't know if your insurance company is going to cover this.' Let's eliminate all of that. Let's move on."
Obama once told us we can keep our health plan and doctor, but that was a huge lie. Kamala Harris just wants to take them away from us. She ain't lying, but I still don't like her plan. In fact, I don't like anything at all about her.
I didn't like the fact that she walked out of Kavanaugh's hearing, which is something an immature teenager would do.
I don't like anything she does in California and I don't really like anything California does in general.
Like I said earlier, Kamala Harris has no chance to be president and her idea to abolish private health care plans is outrageous.
