This man was given a misdemeanor charge for opening his gym, but then his story took an even different turn. There was a tense exchange with the police, he was given a misdemeanor, and then the police chief came looking for him as their business being raided!

The business owner eventually has to temporarily close his business after there's a three strike warning and confusing information coming from the police, the police chief, and one big massive disconnect between the government and local authorities.

Dive in even further and we find a police chief who ends up following the constitution instead of the governor's orders - and he gets relieved.

Then a new police captain shows up to raid the gym. This man's name should be KAREN, but it's Captain Richards.

They harass the gym members, they raided the business without a warrant, and they threatened the patrons with citations if they didn't leave. According to the video, there's no law that citizens can be ticketed by this, but they were taking photos of the guests and copying their license plate number.

The gym owner's name is Nick Koumalatsos and he tells his story in the video. He has a Go Fund Me in place to hold him and employees over until they're allowed to open again safely without customers being harassed by police over local government orders.
