A 5-year-old and both parents have tested positive for coronavirus in New Jersey. This is the first pediatric case in the state and they have at least 178 residents infected, per NJ.com.
The father is said to be in his 40's and the mother, his wife, is in her 30's. Their second child, who is 4-years-old, was also tested, but it's unclear at this time if that child is infected.
The family is self-quarantined, but their location is also unclear.
The father works in Teaneck, located in Bergen County, which according to an article on NJ.com, is the "center of New Jersey's coronavirus outbreak."
The town of Teaneck is already practicing a self-quarantine, with most people staying home to slow or prevent the spread of coronavirus.
