Nurse delivers premature baby, 28-years later he's a doctor in her hospital

Vilma Wong is a nurse who delivered a premature baby about 28-years ago. Today that same baby has grown up to become a 28-year-old doctor and he just somehow ended up in the same hospital as the woman who helped deliver him.

Wong was just doing her job at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, California and she heard a name that sounded familiar. It was the name Seminatore. She recognized it or it had a very familiar tone. She started asking lots of questions and then it was finally revealed that she delivered the man when he was just a little one!

There's even a picture of her and the baby from almost thirty years ago. Now the new picture shows him all grown up and she still looks great!

"He told me he was from San Jose and that as a matter of fact, he was a premature baby born at our hospital," Wong said. "To confirm my suspicion, I asked him if his dad was a police officer."rn
rnSeminatore, 28, was confused. How did she knew about his father? And then he remembered something his mom had told him two years earlier.rn
rnStunned by the encounter, he told his mother right away.rn
rn"Meeting Vilma was a surreal experience," Seminatore said in a press release issued by the hospital. "When Vilma recognized my name, it truly sunk in that I was one of these (premature) babies. I've come full circle and I'm taking care of babies with the nurse that took care of me."

Imagine that! It must be a wonderful feeling to be a nurse and see the babies you've delivered turn into wonderful human beings.
