Playboy's First Transgender Centerfold is Total Disaster

Playboy is featuring a transgender model as the Playmate for the first time in the magazine's 64-year existence and the results are a total disaster. The "model" is a French guy named Ines Raus, a 26-year-old male who will be the centerfold of the November/December issue which is released on October 31st. How fitting that a man dressed up as a woman for Playboy will be displayed on Halloween, a time when people dress up as all sorts of weird things. Who would've thought that a man would be the first Playmate since Hugh Hefner's passing. With this being the first Playmate since Hefner passed away, this is kind of an insult to his creation.

Playboy fans have reacted horrendously, being mostly disturbed by the announcement that Playboy's next centerfold will feature a transgender who is just a man dressed and airbrushed to look like a woman. Social media has exploded with people sharing their thoughts, mostly irritated that their favorite publication is being ruined by a fake woman. And you really can't blame them. A publication that features nude women is now showcasing a man? How does that get anyone excited?

I'm with them. I think it's disrespectful to real women and it's an awful thing to show to your mostly male audience who's looking for some hot women to look at. This is not a hot woman. This is a man and customers don't want a guy who looks like a chick - they want real chicks. No matter how you airbrush the guy, it's still a man. No matter what lingerie he wears, he's still a man.

I'm very happy that Playboy didn't pull this nonsense when I was 12, because then I'd have two forearms that are the same size and a magazine in the trash.

If Playboy had this mess as a centerfold in the 80's, then I may not have found myself.

If this is what Playboy's future holds, then they are DONE.

Here's Playboy on Twitter, followed by a few fan reactions. Notice they're not very happy.
