He was found guilty of domestic violence and sentenced to 15 years in prison according to CBS affiliate KLBK-TV.
According to police reports, Pauda was convicted of violently assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in February 2016.
According to some eye witnesses, he reportedly chased his pregnant girlfriend with a butcher’s knife.
According to the police report he then ran towards his girlfriend with a closed right fist and punched her again and again an unknown number of times on the left side of her face.
In spite of Jacob Pauda’s brutal and senseless attack on his helpless and pregnant girlfriend, she was able to call her mother for help and called her to come immediately and help her. But, by that time the restless and angry Pauda had became violent again.
As per the statement made with the Police, the heavily suffered pregnant girlfriend said that her rude boyfriend slammed her into the metal objects approximately for about five times.
The heavily hit victim quoted that Pauda was saying that he had consumed two packs of cocaine before the violent assault on her.
Incidentally, the pregnant girlfriend bailed out this rude and violent boyfriend Pauda from jail about two months before. She was a fool. For his rude and arrogant behavior, should not have bailed him out. At that time she was pregnant and Pauda knew that according to the police report. He also knew he was the father.
For his crime, Pauda went to trial before a judge instead of a jury. The judge found that Pauda used a deadly weapon in attacking his innocent pregnant girlfriend and there was bodily injury on his girlfriend. The judge also ruled that Pauda was previously convicted of aggravated assault. This was a factor in sentencing him in the present assault he committed on her girlfriend.Posted on May 13, 2017 in and filed under tattoo, crime.
