AOC throws tantrum on House floor

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez complains about the stimulus bill put forward by the American government. She appears to be throwing a tantrum, and that's just putting it lightly. But she should mention that Democrats want the Kennedy Center to get $25 million when American families who are FORCED to stay home from work are getting about $1,200, plus $500 if they have a child.

Here's some of what she said:

"We have to go into this vote eyes wide open... What did the Senate majority fight for? One of the largest corporate bailouts, with as few strings as possible, in American history...

"Shameful! The greed of that fight is wrong, for crumbs, for our families, and the option that we have is to either let them suffer with nothing or to allow this greed and billions of dollars – which will be leveraged into trillions of dollars – to contribute to the largest income inequality gap in our future. There should be shame about what was fought for in this bill and the choices that we have to make!"

It's sad that the Kennedy Center, which is backed by generous wealthy donors, is getting that much money while YOU'RE getting an amount that won't even cover your rent or your kid's daycare for the month. And YOU'RE being forced to stay home.

Funny how it works now right?
