Governor Cuomo is talking about young people and their reaction to the virus. It seems like he's laughing about a young Florida guy who said he wasn't going to let it stop him from partying. Someone chimes in "and now he's dead" and Cuomo chuckles and says "you can't find that video anymore."
The video is back when spring break was in action and ACKSHUALLY - the video is still up and it's on CBS News page below.
I don't think Cuomo or anyone should really be laughing about this. Even though the younger folks probably should take something like this a little more serious just to be on the safe side.
This network is crazy.

Also, it appears that Brady Sluder is still alive. He did get sick, but it seems like he recovered and had even posted an apology about the severity of the illness. This was over summer and posted on ABC30:
A spring breaker who received national attention after appearing to shrug off coronavirus warnings about social distancing has apologized.
Brady Sluder said in a now-viral video last week, "If I get corona, I get corona. At the end of the day, I'm not going to let it stop me from partying. We've been waiting for Miami spring break for a while."
But Sluder has now posted a public apology on Instagram for his comments.
"I would like to sincerely apologize for the insensitive comment I made in regards to COVID-19 while on spring break," he wrote. He also said he "wasn't aware" of the severity of his actions.
"Listen to your communities. Life is precious. Don't be arrogant and think you're invincible like myself," he said, adding he has "elderly people who I adore more than anything in the world and other family members who are at risk, and I understand how concerning this disease is for us all."
His Instagram profile is still active, so maybe Cuomo should apologize to him.
