If anyone is still downplaying this, then just take a look at Italy as they get crushed by the coronavirus and struggle to get through it. As stated on NBC News, "This was the deadliest day so far in Italy, with 793 fatalities. Our partners at Sky News visited a hospital in Cremona, one of Italy’s hardest-hit cities. Doctors there work 12 hour shifts and say increasingly younger patients are being admitted to their ICUs."
Doctors in America are normally working 12 hour shifts, so that's not news. However, these numbers are not good and that's a fact. We're hoping they get through this and flatten the curve as we work towards a much stronger treatment.
