Kansas City teen faces 10-30 years in prison after disturbing bullying video emerges

FOX 4 KC reports: 17-year-old Alexander Schrader was charged with one count of first-degree robbery and is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond for his part in the video showing the bullying of another teenager. He faces 10-30 years in prison if convicted. Schrader is the person holding the gun at the victim's head. Schrader had turned himself in and confessed to holding the handgun to the boy's head. Another teen in the video can be seen punching the teen. Police were called on October 22 when the 13-year-old victim's mom called police to report the assault. She was in touch with police again on October 23 to say she had new information and wanted to press charges. She provided a video on Snapchat and names of the attackers to police. During the investigation, officers learned from the victim that money was taken from him during the incident.
