Migrant group ditches 10-year-old in field near southern border, taken in by CBP; report

Seems like the boy might be doing OK now, but holy heck that is awful. How can they just ditch these children like that? This is messed up and no one should disagree with that. We need a fix. What's Biden going to do about it?
