No charges for cop who shot suspect because dashcam video shows criminal pulled gun first

A police officer in Noble, Oklahoma, had a gun pulled on him and reacted fast enough to take down the criminal. He will not be charged with a crime and the whole thing was caught on film via dashcam. The suspect was 38-year-old Layland Ted Lewis and he survived the three shots after being taken to the hospital. He will be charged accordingly.
