Obama says 'old ways of doing things don't work' - which is exactly why people voted for Trump

Former President Barack Obama had quite an interesting comment about the current state of politics. He said the people have woken up to the fact that the "old ways of doing things don't work." Ironically, that's exactly why a lot of people voted for Donald Trump in 2016.

People wanted a change from the status quo, run of the mill, same ol same ol politics that everyone was used to, but many knew it needed change.

Donald Trump ran his election under a premise of "draining the swamp" and people took a shot on that instead of going with the "old ways of doing things" which would have speculatively been Hillary Clinton if she had won.

Perhaps Obama forgets that people voted for Donald Trump because they didn't want the typical politician - they got change. Now many of those same people will support that same president again this year.

Democrats are making it easy to vote for Donald Trump because their top candidate is so bad. Joe Biden is completely lost most days and seems confused and mentally fatigued sometimes. It doesn't seem possible that Biden could handle the stress of four years in the White House.

Obama didn't even endorse Joe Biden until he was the last Democrat standing. What does that say about it?
