Philly Man Steals Ambulance And Leads Police On Wild Chase

Philadelphia residents were watching the news like anything after a man was caught stealing an ambulance and leading the police on a wild car chase, as reported by ABC 10 in Philadelphia. The suspect was apprehended.

The suspect was also shot twice by police but kept driving. He now remains hospitalized.

The suspect who led police on a nearly 90 minute chase in a stolen ambulance remains hospitalized authorities tell Action News on Sunday.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, jumped into the ambulance around 9:20 p.m. Friday after officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at the Roosevelt Inn on the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
The shirtless man, described as by police as "combative," drove toward a Philadelphia police officer in the ambulance. The officer opened fire, hitting the suspect twice in the leg and once in the side.

Many users on social media joked that finally the infamous "Florida Man" finally has some real competition from the "Philly Man."

I must say, this was straight out of GTAV. The only thing missing was a few rocket launchers.
