Police on camera save man in distress

A man seen sitting on the railing of a bridge appears to be in distress and considering going off the deep end (or into it) and that's when cops on camera quickly yank the man off and save him. They lower him down easily and then have a conversation. It's not clear what happens next, but hopefully the man on the edge sees this video and is happy to be here and has a good day.
