Police surround protesters in middle of a bridge, start detaining them

DALLAS, TX -- police officers have surrounded protesters on the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. The officers begin detaining them. Word on social media says they were arresting anyone from out of state. They were likely detained and/or arrested for breaking curfew, which was set for 7pm in Dallas.

After many of the protesters were detained, they were seated and chanting "I Can't Breathe."
