The SWAT team was called to the home in the 1800 block of South St. Louis Avenue at 12:42 p.m. Police initially responded to a call of shots fired and someone barricaded, and the standoff ensued.By the 1 p.m. hour, the incident was over and the subject was in custody, police said."
