We have a big problem in America where young nursing home employees are being caught on camera beating on elderly patients. In some cases, it's even worse - the employees are recording it themselves and posting it on social media.
However, by the time many of these videos are leaked or go viral, the damage has long been done. The patients were possibly beaten on several occasions before anything is even done. And in the event that someone is actually caught, are they always fired and have the police called?
In one case this week, a 20-year-old was placed in a nursing home as a patient. He was a covid-19 patient placed with elderly folks in a nursing home. Not only did he expose people at high risk to the disease, he also attacked some of them.

Something needs to be done about this, but like many things - once an arrest is made, there often is very little followup.Source: trendingviews
